{"id":5818,"date":"2023-12-18T21:36:50","date_gmt":"2023-12-18T21:36:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simplified.com\/academy\/?p=5818"},"modified":"2024-01-12T10:34:49","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T10:34:49","slug":"5818","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simplified.com\/academy\/social-media\/5818","title":{"rendered":"How to create external approval packages"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Follow this step-by-step guide to learn how to create external approval packages with our new client review feature within our Drafts section.<\/p>\n<p>1- Log into your Simplified account with your email or Google\/Facebook login.<\/p>\n<p>2- Go to the Social Media app.<\/p>\n<p>3- Click on Drafts.<\/p>\n<p>4- Click on the Client Review icon at the top of the menu that opens.<\/p>\n<p>5- Click on Add Bundle.<\/p>\n<p>6- Fill in the fields with the name and description of the bundle.<\/p>\n<p>7- Click on Add Bundle.<\/p>\n<p>8- Click on Add Drafts to Bundle in the menu on the right side of your screen.<\/p>\n<p>9- Check the drafts you want to add to the client review bundle.<\/p>\n<p>10- Review the selected drafts and click on the yellow button in the lower right corner to add drafts.<\/p>\n<p>11- Now you can share the bundle with the client.
