Creating a shared workspace in the Simplified App dashboard<\/a><\/strong> is a great way to collaborate with your team and work together on projects. Follow the steps below to create a shared workspace:<\/p>\n

1. Start by login into your Simplified account using your email or Google login. Make sure you have your login credentials ready.
\n2. Once you are logged in, look for the Simplified logo on the top left side of your screen. Right next to the logo, you will see the Workspace icon or a dropdown arrow next to the workspace name.
\n3. Click on the Workspace icon or the dropdown arrow to open the workspace menu. This will display a list of options related to your workspace.
\n4. In the workspace menu, click on “Create New Workspace<\/strong>“. This option allows you to create a new workspace that can be shared with your team members.
\n5. A new window will appear, prompting you to give your new workspace a name. Choose a name that accurately represents the purpose or project for which you are creating the shared workspace.
\n6. Once you have entered the desired name for your new workspace, click on the “Create Workspace” button. This action will initiate the creation process.
\n7. Congratulations! You have successfully created a new shared workspace. After creating the workspace, a window will open that allows you to invite members to collaborate.
\n8. To invite team members, simply add their email addresses in the designated field. You can add multiple email addresses, separating them with commas.
\n9. After adding the email addresses, click on the “Send An Invitation<\/strong>” button. This will send an invitation to the specified email addresses, inviting them to join and collaborate in the shared workspace.<\/p>\n
