Click the 'Content Calendar' on your Dashboard.
Next to your workspace name (on the top left) click the dropdown menu.
Invite team members and add their roles, then click 'New Post' to add new content and save as a draft.
Your team can now review and add comments on your posts! When ready, click 'Schedule'.

With Simplified's Approval Workflow, you can define your team's roles directly in the Content Calendar. When adding or editing a member's role, there are four major roles: Admin, Full Member, Approver, and Creator.
