Click the 'Content Calendar' on your Dashboard and open a draft post.
Click the 'Request Approval' button on the top right and choose 'External Approval'.
Name the draft package, add a description, and click 'Add Package'.
Copy the link that Simplified generates and email it out for approval. That's it!

With Simplified's Approval Workflow, you can define your team's roles directly in the Content Calendar. When adding or editing a member's role, there are four major roles: Admin, Full Member, Approver, and Creator. Each role has a set of permissions, that vary from full permission to designing, creating drafts, and sending to approval. Watch this video to see it in action. The External Workflow does not require adding members to your workspace. It is a shareable link that allows those who receive it to approve what they view and make comments.
