Try the Content Planner
Have you ever spent hours writing a post and putting it up only to get negative feedback? With Simplified's Social Planner, you can get the green light on all of your posts before they go out. Request feedback or approval, view changes that were made in the draft history, or respond to comments to make sure your posts are on-point and on-brand.
Go to 'Content Calendar' and select 'Drafts' on the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
Choose the draft you want to manage, then click the square icon on the top of the page to open to full view.
To check 'Resolved' and 'Unresolved' comments, click on the dialogue icon. Or, click the clock icon to check 'Draft History'.
For 'Internal or External Approval' requests, click 'Request Approval'. To perform other actions like 'Schedule', 'Edit', or 'Delete', click on the dropdown arrow.
It's tough to keep track of what changes have been made to a document and who made them. Simplified's Social Planner gives you real-time updates and shows your draft history so you can stay up with who's editing what and when. Post, respond to comments, leave feedback, and much more — all without having to switch between apps.
If you want to send your post for external approval, all you have to do is click on the post and create a link to share. Simply copy the link and share it with whoever the approval should come from.
