Try the Content Planner
Simplified's Content Planner takes the headache out of social media approval processes. We help you manage approvals and workflows with ease, so you can focus on creating great content. With our approval process, you can see what content is awaiting approval, what's ready to be scheduled, and what's already been approved - all in one place.
In the 'Social Planner' choose 'Drafts', 'Awaiting Approval', or 'Ready to Publish' from the dropdown menu.
Select 'List' or 'Calendar' view, then leave comments, make edits, and manage drafts.
Click the square icon on the top of the page for full screen and click the dialogue icon to make comments.
For 'Internal or External Approval' requests click the 'Request Approval' button. To 'Schedule', 'Edit', or 'Delete' click the dropdown arrow.
With our in-app commenting feature, you can give feedback directly on a post and manage approvals. You can 'Accept', 'Reject', 'Schedule', or leave a comment on a draft post. Simplified's content planner makes it easy to manage workflows, ensure everyone on your team is aligned, and approve all content before publishing.
If someone makes changes to a post, the team member who originally worked on it will see a notification alert on their dashboard showing all the edits that were made.
