Create an Approval Workflow
Setting up your content calendar and queuing brand-approved posts is easier than ever with Simplified's one-click external approval requests. Your team can design, edit, and collaborate on social media posts, then in the same planner, send all your drafts off to clients to sign-off on. Draft approvals take seconds to send and view with the Social Planner.
Open the 'Social Planner' on the left side-bar of your Dashboard and go to your saved 'Drafts'.
Click the upper left corner of each draft you want to send, then click the dropdown menu next to 'Request Approval'.
Choose 'External Approval', copy the link to the individual draft, or click 'Add to Package' and name/describe the package.
To add another draft to the package, follow the same steps or create a new package for that draft.
