How to use hotkeys to reorder layers

To use hotkeys to reorder layers first go the left and tool bar and select the hotkeys button all the way at the bottom. This will open a menu with all the different hotkey options on the right hand side. Then scroll down to the layering key board shortcuts.

The short cut for selecting the top layer is [option + . ]
The short cut for selecting the bottom layer is [option + ,]

Once the layer is selected you can double finger or left click on the layer and the different layering options will appear.
