Mention and Tag Team Members in the Content Calendar

Collaborating with your team and commenting on your projects is easy with Simplified’s fantastic Content Calendar. Within your content planner, whether you’re looking at your drafts, your waiting approval, or your posts that are ready to be published, you can comment and collaborate with your team in just a click.

1- Simply scroll down and find the comment icon.

2- Write in your comment and hit the @ sign and type in any of the names of your team members or their emails. In tagging the team member in a comment, they will be alerted that you’ve tagged them in a comment and can resolve the comment more quickly.

3- If you’re on your content calendar, you can click a scheduled post and then select the comment icon again.

4- In this scheduled post you’ll be able to add a comment and mentioned a team member.
