How to create external approval packages
Follow this step-by-step guide to learn how to create external approval packages with our new client review feature within our Drafts section.
1- Log into your Simplified account with your email or Google/Facebook login.
2- Go to the Social Media app.
3- Click on Drafts.
4- Click on the Client Review icon at the top of the menu that opens.
5- Click on Add Bundle.
6- Fill in the fields with the name and description of the bundle.
7- Click on Add Bundle.
8- Click on Add Drafts to Bundle in the menu on the right side of your screen.
9- Check the drafts you want to add to the client review bundle.
10- Review the selected drafts and click on the yellow button in the lower right corner to add drafts.
11- Now you can share the bundle with the client. Copy and paste the link or send it to an email if you prefer.
You will be able to follow the workflow and see whether drafts have been approved, rejected, or pending review.😎
