Create a Post Image in the Content Calendar

Using a social snapshot is a great way to elevate your content and improve your brand awareness. A post image is a visual element that you can use when posting on social media. Think of it like a snapshot of your post. It can include text or images to put more emphasis on specific information. I like to include post image in my stories whenever I post content on my instagram, twitter, or Pinterest feed. Let’s walk through how you can create a post snapshot right within the content calendar.

1- Once you’ve created your post and written in your caption, click the camera icon in the tool bar.

2- Choose what size you want this image to be simplified as great, because it already does all the work for you. So you can just choose what platform you want to post on. I’m going to choose an Instagram story. Go ahead and click next.

3- Here you’ll see the different templates that you can use and how to customize your Post Image by changing the background, adjusting the color, selecting a gradient or selecting image from your assets or simplified photo library.

4- Go ahead and click generate.

5- Now Simplified has created this image and it can be used in a post, or downloaded it straight to your device.
