Social Media Planner Overview
This video will give you a detailed overview of our Social Media Planner. Whether you’re a small business owner, freelancer, student, or just looking to simplify your content planning, this is definitely a tool that can help you.
1- You can access all things calendar by selecting the social media icon in the top toolbar and then choosing the planner icon on the left hand side menu.
2- You will be able to see your planned content in board, calendar, or list view- whatever your preference may be.
3- There are four total steps in the approval process. Drafts, Awaiting Approval, Approved, and Rejected. Within these four steps you can always edit your post, leave comments for your team, schedule the post, and delete it.
4- You can click a post to expand and see a preview of the post. You can see a full draft history with all the different versions and edit history, including authors and time stamps. This is also where you will be able to leave comments and tag team members.
5- You can use the share button to receive a link to share internally with your team or externally with a client or anyone outside of Simplified.
6- Under the bundles section you will be able to create a package of posts to send externally to clients. This workflow is great for creators who need to get approval for more than one post.
