How to schedule posts for multiple channels
To schedule a post for multiple channels on your social calendar, begin by selecting content calendar.
Now you can see an overview of your scheduled posts for the month and if you want to schedule a new post, click the new post button or go to the day that we want our posts to be on and then simply select the plus icon.
You can select one platform that you’d like to post on, for example, Facebook or Instagram. If you select original, your post will be published to all of your connected accounts.
Go ahead and write in your caption, attach your media from your media library or upload a photo or video from your device. And now you’re almost ready to post.
Select the schedule button and once you’ve selected your desire, date and time. You can set this to be a universal time and date for all of your posts, or you can create a custom time for each different account.
Another great feature on social calendar is adding a delay between your posts. So, if you toggle the button on, you can select the amount of time you want your posts to be delayed between each of your platforms.
Once you’ve done that simply click schedule and now you can see that your post is ready to publish to all of your different connected accounts.
Let’s say you want to delete the post for one specific account. Simply click the three dot icon and hit delete.
