Paste one URL. Riley writes your Brand brain.
A Brand brain is the brand kit, voice, rules, strategy and customer profiles your AI agents read before they make anything. Riley builds it from your website, then keeps it current on its own.
Watch Riley write a Brand brain from one link.
What is a Brand brain?
Most brand kits store a logo, a few colours and two fonts. Then they sit there. Your AI tools still start every task knowing nothing about you, and you spend the first twenty minutes of every session correcting the tone.
A Brand brain is a working document instead. It holds how your brand looks, what to show and what to avoid, the rules every agent checks before publishing, what you talk about, and who you talk to. Riley writes the first version from your website URL. After that, Riley files daily audits and weekly performance reports into it, so the context your agents work from is what is true today, not what was true when you signed up.
One link in. A marketing brain out. Then it keeps itself current.
Six sections. All from one URL.
These are the tabs in the product, not a wish list. Every number below came from a real build on simplified.com.
Visual identity
Your palette, pulled from the site and grouped so agents use the right colour in the right place. Your type. Your logo lockups. From one homepage Riley pulled 15 colours across four groups.
Imagery
Photography direction in plain language. What to show, what to avoid, and reference images an agent can work from when a post needs a visual.
Rules
Hard constraints every agent checks before anything goes out. "Never show competitor logos", for example. Add your own in a sentence, no config screen.
Content strategy
The pillars you talk about, each with its share of the calendar, mapped across the channels you publish to. Agents plan against it instead of guessing.
Ideal customers
Your customer segments, the primary profile, and the jobs they need done. A caption for one segment stops reading like a caption for another.
Context
The living part. Daily audits, team digests and weekly performance reports, filed by Riley itself. Every agent reads this section first.
It updates itself. You do not have to remember to.
Brand guidelines go stale the week after they are written. The Context section does not, because Riley writes into it every day. Agents read the newest entries before they plan, so last week's results shape this week's work.
- Daily Audit: what changed on your site, socials and campaigns
- Daily Team Digest: what the agents produced and what needs a look
- Weekly Performance Report: what worked, folded back into strategy
One question, then it runs.
The whole onboarding is a URL. Everything after that is Riley's job.
Paste your website URL
Open Riley, click Start brand setup, and answer one question: what is your website? That is it.
Riley writes the brain
Riley reads your site and drafts every section. Review what came back and edit anything in plain English.
It stays current
From then on Riley files audits, digests and performance reports into Context. Every agent reads the latest first.
Your agents should know your brand before they start.

Founders doing their own marketing
You know your brand cold. You just do not want to type it out every time you ask for a post. Build the brain once and Riley carries it.
Marketing teams
One brain, one voice. Everyone on the team, and every agent, works from the same rules and the same customer profiles. Fewer "that does not sound like us" messages.
Agencies
A Brand brain per client workspace. Switch clients and Riley switches context. Onboarding a new account starts with pasting their URL.
Questions about the Brand brain
Short answers. Riley can show you the rest.
What is a Brand brain?
A Brand brain is the operating context your AI marketing agents read before they create anything. It holds your visual identity, imagery direction, rules, content strategy, ideal customer profiles and a running Context log. Riley writes the first version from your website URL and then keeps it current with daily audits and weekly performance reports.
How is a Brand brain different from a brand kit?
A brand kit stores a logo, a few colours and two fonts, and stops there. A Brand brain also covers what to show and avoid in imagery, the rules agents must follow, what you talk about and who you talk to. The bigger difference is that it is built from your site rather than filled in by hand, and it updates itself instead of waiting for someone to remember.
What does Riley need from me to build it?
One thing: your website URL. Open Riley, click Start brand setup, paste the link. Riley reads the site and drafts every section. You review what came back and change anything that is off.
What if Riley gets something wrong?
Edit it. Every section is plain text you can change. Rules are the section worth reading closely, because those are the lines agents will not cross. If you already have a brand guidelines document, paste the rules that matter into that section word for word.
Which agents read the Brand brain?
Riley, and every specialist Riley hands work to: the social agent, the email agent, the ad creative agent and the long-form writer. They all read the same brain, so a LinkedIn post, a launch email and a Meta ad come back in the same voice and palette without you briefing each one.
Can I have a Brand brain for each client?
Yes. Each brand gets its own workspace and its own Brand brain. Switch workspaces and Riley switches context. Nothing from one client leaks into another.
What does "living document" actually mean here?
The Context section fills up on its own. Riley files a Daily Audit, a Daily Team Digest and a Weekly Performance Report into it. When an agent starts a task it reads the newest entries, so the plan for this week reflects what happened last week, not what was true the day you signed up.
Is this the same as the AI brand book generator?
No. The brand book generator produces a shareable document for people to read. The Brand brain is the context your agents read. Plenty of teams use both: a brand book for humans, a Brand brain for the agents.
