Do clients need a login or a Simplified seat?
No. A portal is opened through its link in any browser. Clients never need an account, a seat, or access to your workspace.
How is Client Portal different from Client Review?
Client Review packages a selected batch of drafts for one approval decision, like a campaign sign-off. Client Portal is ongoing: it gives a client continuing visibility into upcoming content, reviews, and status across the whole relationship. Many agencies use both: the portal for the relationship, review bundles for discrete campaign approvals.
What can my clients see in their portal?
Exactly what you choose. You pick the connected accounts, the date range, and which sections are visible. Clients see client-facing content and status, never your internal workspace, other clients, or team controls.
Can I turn a portal off?
Yes. You can disable a portal's access at any time, and re-enable it later. The underlying workspace stays untouched either way.
