SaaS marketing that ships every release.
Brief Riley with what shipped. It writes the changelog post, the LinkedIn carousel, the launch email and the SEO article in your voice, and queues them for your approval. B2B SaaS marketing without the agency retainer.
15 million+ users. Rated 4.6 on G2 from 5,000+ reviews, 4.6 on Trustpilot, 4.7 on Capterra.

We ship Playbooks on Tuesday: reusable onboarding flows a CS lead can clone per customer. Plan the launch for the changelog, LinkedIn, email and the blog, make the assets, and queue everything for my approval. Lead with the time saved, not the feature list.
On it. Reading the Trellis Brand Kit, the Playbooks docs page, the beta customer interviews and the last two launches first.

Done. 9 assets are ready: the changelog post, a 6-slide LinkedIn carousel, a 20-second launch video, the launch email, a 1,400-word article and 4 captions. Three beta customers said "two hours per customer", so that is the headline. Nothing is scheduled until you approve.
Approve the changelog, carousel and email. Cut the video to 15 seconds and open with the clone click. Then schedule.
Video cut to 15 seconds, opens on the clone. 7 posts and the email are scheduled Tuesday to Thursday. The article is staged as a draft for your edit. I will report signups and link clicks on Friday.

That was one brief. Hand Riley your next release.

The jobs
Hand Riley the marketing that waits on every release.
Launches, founder-led LinkedIn, customer stories, SEO articles, webinar clips, ads and the launch report. Every job ends the same way: Riley shows its work, you make the call, and the approved work ships.
One brief becomes the whole launch.
The changelog post, the LinkedIn carousel, the launch video, the email, the article and the schedule, from one message. You review it all in one place.

Simplified is both the name and the perfect description
Simplified makes it easy to manage a brand - or multiple brands. Within its 'simplified' interface, the social media management and scheduling lets you go directly from idea to implementation with a few intuitive clicks.
An Innovative All-in-One Solution for Productivity and Engagement
Simplified Platform's integration with marketing and social media tools streamlined my campaign management. The seamless connection to popular platforms allowed for efficient scheduling and posting of content.
All the gadgets a marketer needs
It's so intuitive and streamlined that I actually started to believe I had superpowers myself. From social media management to data analytics, this app has all the gadgets a marketer needs.
One marketing team per product, or per client.
Each product or client gets its own Brand Kit, channels, calendar and review link. A SaaS marketing agency runs Riley once per client, with the client's founder approving from a review link. A venture studio runs it once per portfolio company.
- Founder review links with approve or request changes
- Shared launch calendars per product
- Monthly reports in the client's brand
- Roles and approvals per workspace
What actually gets finished.
The honest version. Riley is not a strategist. It is the part of marketing that never gets done.

The questions a founder asks before handing over the marketing.
We'd ask them too.
Will it publish without my approval?
Not unless you tell it to. Review is the default: work queues as drafts and you approve or reject it. Auto-publish is opt-in per workflow, and you can pause everything from the app or Slack.
Will it sound like a founder or like a content farm?
It reads your Brand Kit, your approved posts and, if you give it access, your customer calls. It drafts in your voice and adjusts every time you approve or reject. The founders who get the best results reject hard for the first two weeks.
We ship every week. Can it keep up?
That is the point. Brief it with what shipped and it runs the release plan you approved last time: changelog, carousel, email, article, clips. A launch that took your team three days becomes an afternoon of approvals.
Do we still need a SaaS marketing agency?
Some teams keep one for strategy and positioning and hand Riley the execution. Agencies run Riley for their SaaS clients too, one workspace per client. If you have been doing it yourself between releases, Riley is the marketer you have not hired yet.
Does it handle the technical content, or just social?
Both. It reads your docs and changelog, writes the changelog post and the SEO article, and flags any claim it could not find in the docs for you to confirm. It does not invent features.
Can I run it from Claude Code, Codex or Cursor?
Yes, and for a SaaS team that is often the natural place. Connect Simplified once and your coding agent can draft the changelog post from the merged pull request, queue it for approval, and pull the launch report. The drafts land in Simplified and wait for your approval.
What does it need access to?
A Brand Kit, your website or docs, and the channels you publish to: LinkedIn, X, email, your blog. Analytics, Search Console and your ads accounts are optional and only make the reports better.
Who owns what it makes?
You do. Copy, designs, video, captions and campaign assets belong to your account, and you keep them even if you cancel.
Hand Riley your next release.
See the changelog post, the carousel and the email before anything goes live.
