Share a live content calendar clients can actually follow
Give clients and stakeholders a clear view of what is scheduled, published, and coming next. Without adding them to your workspace.
Shared Calendars in Simplified turn your internal publishing schedule into a public, always-current calendar you can hand to any client or stakeholder as a link. Pick the accounts and date range, share the link, and stop rebuilding status decks every week.
A premium capability. Availability varies by plan.
The client's view: post cards, dates, and status. No workspace, no login.
Retire the weekly status email
One link answers the question every client asks: what is going out, and when?
Live planning
Scheduled, published, and failed posts in a date range that stays current on its own. The calendar the client opens today is right today.
Client-ready sharing
Create a focused calendar per brand, client, or stakeholder and share a dedicated public link. No internal workspace navigation, no login.
Agency scale
Run multiple external calendars from one workspace and retire the weekly "what is going out" status email for every one of them.
Three client-facing tools, three different jobs
Simplified has three ways to put work in front of clients. Pick by the job, not the name.
Client Portal
- Primary job
- Maintain an ongoing client workspace
- Unit of work
- A client relationship across content

Shared calendars, answered
What teams ask before sharing their first calendar.
How do I share my content calendar with a client?
Create a Shared Calendar in Simplified: pick the accounts and date range to include, give it a title, and share its public link. The client sees a clean calendar of scheduled and published posts that updates automatically. No export, no screenshot deck, no client login.
Do clients or stakeholders need a Simplified account?
No. A shared calendar is a public link. Anyone you send it to can open it in a browser and see the current publishing plan.
What does the client actually see?
A client-facing calendar: post cards with their social accounts, dates, and status. They do not see your internal workspace, drafts you excluded, other clients, or any team controls.
How is this different from Client Portal or Client Review?
Shared Calendars communicates the publishing plan: an always-current view of what is scheduled and shipped. Client Review collects a decision on a specific bundle of drafts. Client Portal is a full ongoing client workspace with reviews and status in one place. If the client only asks "what is going out and when", a shared calendar is the lightest answer.
Can I revoke access to a shared calendar?
Yes. Each calendar link can be disabled at any time, and you can share a new one whenever you need.
Are Shared Calendars available on my plan?
Shared Calendars are a premium capability and availability varies by plan. Check your workspace or talk to sales.
