Small business marketing, run by Riley.
Brief Riley like a marketing hire: the new menu, the Saturday event, this week's posts. It makes the work in your brand and queues it for one approval. AI marketing for small business, minus the five tabs.
15 million+ users. Rated 4.6 on G2 from 5,000+ reviews, 4.6 on Trustpilot, 4.7 on Capterra.

The autumn menu starts Monday: maple oat latte, pear and cardamom bun, and the squash soup is back. Plan the launch for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business and the email list, make the assets, and queue it for my approval. Both locations.
On it. Reading the Lantern Brand Kit, last year's autumn launch and the top posts from both locations first.

Done. 11 assets are ready: 2 carousels, a 12-second launch reel, 6 captions, the email and a Google Business update. Last year's launch got most of its saves from the drink close-ups, so the reel leads with the maple oat latte. Nothing goes out until you approve.
Approve everything. Swap the Thursday post for the staff picks photo, then schedule.
Swapped and scheduled. 10 posts go out Monday to Friday across both locations. I will report direction clicks and email opens next Monday.

Last week the pastry close-ups earned 2.1x the saves of everything else, and one Riverside post brought 38 direction clicks. This week: 5 posts, two pastry shots, two team moments, one Riverside feature. Drafts below.

What 5,000+ verified reviews keep saying.
The BEST for Social Media Scheduling...And I've Tried Them All
This has been the only social media scheduler that I haven't ran into a million problems with. I appreciate that I can create content, upload and schedule it and not have to worry about whether or not it's going to actually post.
Simplified is both the name and the perfect description
Simplified makes it easy to manage a brand - or multiple brands. Within its 'simplified' interface, the social media management and scheduling lets you go directly from idea to implementation with a few intuitive clicks.
All the gadgets a marketer needs
It's so intuitive and streamlined that I actually started to believe I had superpowers myself. From social media management to data analytics, this app has all the gadgets a marketer needs.
One marketing team per location, or per client.
Each location or client gets its own Brand Kit, channels, calendar and review link. Lantern Coffee runs two. A local marketing agency runs one per client, and Riley runs the same jobs in each.
- Owner review links with approve or request changes
- Shared calendars per location
- Monthly reports in each brand
- Roles and approvals per workspace
What actually gets finished.
The honest version. Riley is not a strategist. It is the part of marketing that never gets done.

The questions a small business owner asks before handing over the marketing.
We'd ask them too.
Will it post without my approval?
Not unless you tell it to. Work queues as drafts and you approve or reject it, usually in a couple of minutes on your phone. Auto-publish is opt-in per workflow, and you can pause everything from the app or Slack.
I am not a marketer. How much do I need to know?
Enough to describe what is happening this week. "The autumn menu starts Monday" is a complete brief. Riley asks when it needs a detail, shows its work, and you approve or reject. No marketing vocabulary required.
Which small business marketing tools does this replace?
For most small businesses: the scheduler, the design tool, the caption writer, the video clipper, the email builder and the reporting spreadsheet. Keep anything you love. Riley publishes to the channels you already use and reports back from them.
We have two locations. Can it handle both?
Yes. Each location can share one workspace or have its own, with separate Google Business profiles, calendars and ad audiences. Lantern Coffee above runs two locations from one workspace.
Does it work for my kind of business?
If you have customers to reach, yes. The demo is a cafe, and the same jobs run for gyms, salons, shops, trades and local services. Clinics, SaaS teams, retailers and agencies each have their own page on this site with a demo in their world.
Will it sound like us, or like every other AI post?
It reads your Brand Kit and your approved past posts, then adjusts every time you approve or reject a draft. The longer you use it, the closer it gets. Most owners stop editing captions within the first month.
What about Google reviews and the Google Business profile?
Riley drafts review replies in your voice for you to approve, posts updates to your Google Business profile, and reports direction clicks and calls from it alongside Instagram and Facebook.
Can I run it from Claude or ChatGPT instead of the Simplified app?
Yes. Connect Simplified once and your agent gets the same Brand Kit, creative tools, approvals, publishing and reports Riley uses. The drafts still land in Simplified and wait for your approval.
