Make client feedback clear, fast, and easy to act on
Create focused review bundles, share one link, and keep every approval, rejection, and comment connected to the right post.
Client Review in Simplified packages the social drafts a client needs to approve into one branded review link. Clients open it in a browser with no login, see each post as it will publish, and approve, reject, or comment per post. Decisions stay beside the content, not buried in email.
Included with eligible plans, or available as an add-on.
What your client sees: real post previews, one decision per post, no login.
One decision per post, one link per campaign
The same three steps your team repeats for every client, minus the email archaeology.
Create a review bundle
Name it for the campaign, add a short description, and decide whether the client can comment. The work stays grouped around one clear decision.
Add the drafts that need approval
Pick only the posts the client needs to see. Each one previews exactly as the client will see it published, not as an internal draft card.
Share one link. No client login.
Send it by email or paste it into any client conversation. The client approves, rejects, or comments per post, and every decision lands beside the right draft.
Feedback in email threads is where approvals go to die
A draft goes out as an attachment. The client replies with "looks good except the third one", someone forwards a screenshot with an arrow drawn on it, and two weeks later nobody can prove which version was actually approved. Client Review replaces the thread with a page: every draft, every decision, every comment, in one place both sides can trust.
What to know before you start
- No client login, ever. The review page is a shared link. Clients never need a Simplified account.
- You choose what they see. Only the drafts you add to a bundle appear on the client page.
- Plan or add-on. Client Review is included with eligible plans and available as an add-on on others. Talk to sales if you are not sure which applies to you.
Client approvals, answered
What agencies ask before switching off the email thread.
What is a client approval workflow for social media?
A client approval workflow is the process of getting a client's sign-off on social posts before they publish. In Simplified, you group the drafts that need a decision into a review bundle, share one link, and the client approves, rejects, or comments on each post from that page. Every decision stays attached to the post it belongs to.
Do my clients need a Simplified account to review posts?
No. Clients open the review link in their browser and can approve, reject, or comment right there. No login, no account creation, no app to install.
How is Client Review different from sending drafts over email?
Email scatters feedback across threads and screenshots, and nobody can tell which version was approved. A review bundle shows each draft as the client will see it published, records approve or reject per post, and keeps comments beside the content they refer to. You always know what is cleared to publish.
Can I control what the client sees?
Yes. You choose exactly which drafts go into each bundle, name and describe the bundle for the campaign it covers, and decide whether commenting is enabled. Clients see only what you selected, presented as real post previews.
Can approved posts schedule automatically?
Yes. Turn on auto-schedule for a bundle and posts move to their scheduled slot as soon as the client approves them, so sign-off flows straight into publishing without a manual step.
How is Client Review different from Client Portal?
Client Review collects one decision on a selected bundle of drafts, like a campaign sign-off. Client Portal is an ongoing workspace where a client sees upcoming content, reviews, and status across the whole relationship. If you need a decision, use a review bundle; if the client wants continuing visibility, give them a portal. For sharing just the schedule, there are also Shared Calendars.
