One team per client, run by Riley.
Brief Riley once per client. It makes the work in that client's brand, routes it to their review link, and writes the monthly report under your name. Marketing agency software that finishes the work instead of tracking it.
15 million+ users. Rated 4.6 on G2 from 5,000+ reviews, 4.6 on Trustpilot, 4.7 on Capterra.

Done. 14 reports are drafted in each client's brand and sent to their review links. Two flags: Kestrel Realty's reach fell 18% after the listings slowed, and Marrow Bakery's email list grew 31% with no campaign behind it. Both have a suggested next step inside the report.
Add a line to the Kestrel report about the two new listings landing next week, then resend it. Ping me in Slack as the rest approve.

Every Monday: for each client, draft the week's posts in their voice from what performed last week, and send each batch to the client's review link by 9.
14 batches drafted, 68 posts in total. Marrow Bakery's sourdough reel got 4.1x their average saves, so their week leads with bread. Fieldstone Pilates has a new instructor, so two posts introduce her. Two batches below, the rest are in each client's workspace.

That was one brief, for 14 clients. Hand Riley yours.
Start with RileyMost marketing agency software tracks the work. It does not do any of it.Fourteen clients still means fourteen brand voices, fourteen approval threads and fourteen reports on the 1st.
Usually the account manager, the last weekend of the month.
The jobs, per client
Hand Riley the work you repeat for every client.
Weekly content, client review bundles, approvals, client ads, white label reports, your own marketing and the case studies. Every job runs in the client's brand and ends the same way: Riley shows its work, the client approves from their link, and the approved work ships.
Fourteen clients' weeks, drafted by 9 on Monday.
Riley reads each client's results, drafts their week in their voice, and sends every batch to the client's review link. You see one list of what is approved and what is waiting.
See the social schedulerDraft this week's posts for every client from last week's results and send each batch for review.
14 batches drafted, 68 posts. Kestrel Realty's two new listings lead their week. Every batch is with its client.
Hold Kestrel until the listings are confirmed. Send the rest.
One link per client. Approve, or ask for changes.
Each client gets a review link, white labeled with your agency's name, where they approve or request changes without an account. Riley bundles the week's work, chases politely, and tells you who is waiting.
See agency workspacesBundle this week's drafts for Alder & Oak into one review and send it to Lena.
Bundle sent: 12 items, carousels, two reels and the catalog ad. Lena approved 9 within the hour and asked for a change on the ad.
Apply Lena's change to the ad and resend just that item.
Who approved, who is waiting, what changed.
Riley keeps one approvals list across every client, chases the ones that are waiting, and applies the change requests before anything is rescheduled.
Which clients have not approved this week's batch? Chase them and apply any change requests.
9 of 14 approved. Chased the other 5 by email from their review link. Two change requests applied: Harbor Dental swapped a photo, Lantern Coffee moved a post to Saturday.
Give the five until Wednesday, then ping me.
Ad creative per client, approved before it spends.
Riley drafts ad variants from each client's best organic post, sizes them per placement, and routes them to the client's review link with the budget cap you set. Nothing spends without the client's yes.

The monthly report, in the client's brand, under your name.
Riley pulls every channel per client, writes the summary in their brand with your agency on the cover, and sends it to their review link on the 1st.

The agency's marketing, which usually comes last.
Riley runs your agency's own LinkedIn, newsletter and case studies from the same workspace, in your voice, with the same approvals.
See the social schedulerDraft this month's LinkedIn carousel about how we run 14 clients with a team of six.
Carousel drafted, 7 slides, from the September numbers across all clients. One client name needs permission before it goes out. Flagged.
Ask Lena for permission on the Alder & Oak line, then schedule it for Tuesday.
The win becomes the case study and the pitch.
Riley turns a client result into the case study, the pitch clip and the proposal section, with the client's approval before anything is published.
Turn the Alder & Oak autumn launch into a case study and a 60-second pitch clip for our site and LinkedIn.
Case study drafted: 720 words, the 4.3x return up top. Pitch clip cut to 58 seconds from your interview. Both sent to Lena for approval.
When Lena approves, post the clip Thursday and add the case study to the proposal template.

Simplified is both the name and the perfect description
Simplified makes it easy to manage a brand - or multiple brands. Within its 'simplified' interface, the social media management and scheduling lets you go directly from idea to implementation with a few intuitive clicks.
The BEST for Social Media Scheduling...And I've Tried Them All
This has been the only social media scheduler that I haven't ran into a million problems with. I appreciate that I can create content, upload and schedule it and not have to worry about whether or not it's going to actually post.
An Innovative All-in-One Solution for Productivity and Engagement
Simplified Platform's integration with marketing and social media tools streamlined my campaign management. The seamless connection to popular platforms allowed for efficient scheduling and posting of content.
One marketing team per client. Fourteen times.
Each client gets its own Brand Kit, channels, calendar and review link, white labeled with your agency's name. Switch between them without rebuilding the process, and let Riley run the same jobs for every client while your team keeps the judgment.
- Client review links with approve or request changes, under your name
- Shared calendars per client
- Monthly reports in the client's brand
- Roles, approvals and ad budgets per workspace
What actually gets finished.
The honest version. Riley is not a strategist. It is the part of marketing that never gets done.

The questions an agency owner asks before putting Riley in front of clients.
We'd ask them too.
Will it post for a client without their approval?
Not unless you and the client turn that on. Every draft waits on the client's review link, or on you, depending on how you set up the workspace. Auto-publish is opt-in per client and per workflow.
Is it white label?
The review links and reports carry your agency's name and logo. Clients see your brand, approve from the link, and never need a Simplified login.
How does it keep fourteen brand voices apart?
One Brand Kit per client workspace: voice, palette, fonts, approved posts and the rules that client has. Riley reads only that client's kit when it works in that workspace, and adjusts per client as they approve or reject.
Can my account managers and the client both review?
Yes. Roles per workspace decide who drafts, who approves internally, and what goes to the client's link. Most agencies review internally first, then send the bundle.
What marketing agency software does this replace?
The scheduler, the design tool, the caption writer, the clipper, the approval tool and the reporting tool, for most agencies. Keep your project management. Riley posts updates to Slack and takes briefs from it.
How is this different from a white label marketing platform we resell?
Those give you a dashboard to resell. Riley does the work inside it: drafting, designing, scheduling, chasing approvals, reporting. You can still resell the result, under your name.
Can I run it from Claude or my own agent?
Yes. Connect Simplified once and your agent can brief any client workspace, queue work for the client's review, and pull their reports. Many agencies run the Monday batch from Claude Code.
What happens when a client leaves?
Their workspace, Brand Kit and assets belong to your agency account. Hand them over, archive them, or keep them. Nothing in another client's workspace is touched.
Hand Riley one client.
See their week drafted, bundled and sent for review before anything goes live.
